These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) set out the basis upon which ALTA & CO TRADING LTD trading as Alta Essentials (hereafter “Company” , “we”, “us” or “our”) make this website (‘Site’) available to you and supply our products and services to you. Please read these Terms carefully because they constitute a binding legal agreement (“Agreement”) governing your use and access of this Website. By interacting, transacting and/or utilizing our website as a user, purchaser and/or customer, you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and policies pertaining to this website.
   2. Eligibility: By choosing to interact and transact through our site, you acknowledge and represent that you personally or your organization and/or party is legally permitted to engage, transact or interact with the Site. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase from ALTA & CO TRADING LTD. Please note we may amend these Terms from time to time and we recommend that you review these Terms regularly.

   5. Unless the context requires otherwise, in these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
      “Product” refers to car spare part of whatever kind or description
      “Website” or “Site” refers to http://www.altaessentials.co.uk
      ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Company’) refers to ALTA & CO TRADING LTD, a limited liability company with Company No. 10446748 and includes its successors and assignees.
   6. ‘You’ or ‘Your’ or “Customer” refers an individual or corporate entity that orders or purchases our products or related services.
2. Account and Registration
   1. Our site is available on an open access basis however we may ask you to register and create a member account in order to access certain features or section of the site. To create a member account you agree to provide your username, email, phone number and/or mailing address and such other information which may be necessary to administer your registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your registration. We reserve the right to refuse any registration application if we have acceptable reasons to believe that registration is being procured for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
   2. Privacy Policy: We handle registration information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy policy to understand how we collect and process personal information.
   3. Your account information including username and password are private and confidential. You must not disclose such information to any third party. It is your responsibility to keep your account information secure and confidential and you shall be responsible for all actions under your account. You must not abuse the registration process or circumvent any access mechanisms of our site. If you have reasons to believe that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately
3. Order of car parts
   1. By creating a member account you are confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order for car parts on the web shop, you are also confirming that you have read the product information of the car part(s) that you have ordered (hereafter “Product”) as well as these Terms. You also acknowledge and agree that while ALTA & CO TRADING LTD strives to furnish complete information about products as possible, the pictures of Products offered for sale on the web shop may contain technical and/or graphical or typographical errors.
   2. Orders are placed via the Web shop. All orders are offers or invitation to buy our Product. All orders for Products are subject to order confirmation and no contract is made between you and ALTA & CO TRADING LTD until when we have confirmed your payment, the availability of the product and have sent you confirmation (“Order Confirmation”) indicating our acceptance of your purchase. A binding contract is created between you and ALTA & CO TRADING LTD when we send an Order Confirmation to you. Accordingly, we shall not be liable to deliver Products subject to an order which has not been confirmed in an Order Confirmation. Please note that Orders may be subject to additional verification including verification as to telephone, credit card or delivery address.
   3. An Order Confirmation shall indicate the type and description of Products ordered by the Customer as well as such other information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. You agree to check and ensure the accuracy of information provided at the time of ordering. If any of these details are incorrect, the Customer must immediately contact ALTA & CO TRADING LTD and inform us regrading this. We reserve the right to reject or refuse to fulfill any Order for Products if the Customer provides incomplete or incorrect personal information or delivery address, has lower credit score, fails to pay the full purchase price for Products within the required time or if the Customer in any other way or manner has breached these Terms and Conditions.
   4. Please note that equipment names, part numbers and product descriptions are quoted for reference purposes only. Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed to mean or imply that they are made by the original equipment manufacturer. While we ALTA takes reasonable endeavours to clearly describe every item offered for sale on the website, it is your sole responsibility to verify that the particulars and specifications of the ordered parts are actually correct and appropriate for your vehicle. If you have no knowledge of car parts, we recommend that you consult a professional mechanic before purchasing any parts for your vehicle. In addition, if you are not certain about products or information provided on the website, please contact us via email at info@ co.uk or call us at 0121 328 4810 prior to purchasing so as to avoid disappointment.
4. Delivery
   1. When you place an Order, we will provide you with detailed delivery information in addition to product information. Such information may include delivery address and estimated delivery time. Delivery timemay vary depending on whether or not Products are in stock and such time means business days from when the Customer places an Order to when ALTA & CO TRADING LTD has the Product in its stock. If the Customer places and Order for a product not in stock, we will send email delivery time notification as soon as we are certain to obtain the product from our suppliers. We strive to deliver our Products within the delivery period indicated in the Order Confirmation and within reasonable time after the date of purchase. In case of delayed delivery time which is longer than the date specified in the product information, we will promptly notify the Customer about the delay as well as inform about the new delivery time.
   2. Customer promises and guarantees to provide a complete and accurate delivery address or pick-up point at the time of ordering. ALTA accepts no responsibility whatsoever for failed or late delivery on account of incomplete or inaccurate delivery address. When we confirm your Order, we shall not be responsible to correct, complete or modify Customer’s delivery address. Information on the various methods of delivery is available on the site.
   3. If the Product is not picked in time by the Customer, ALTA & CO TRADING LTD reserve the right to charge the Customer for any delivery or storage costs related to return of Product as well as any ensuing administration costs. This does not apply when the Customer has notified ALTA & CO TRADING LTD and/or paid for return costs. Costs for an unpicked Product is chargable upon the receipt of the product from courier company.
   4. In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a fourteen (30) days to return products ordered from us where such products are faulty or don’t match the description given. Cost of returning an item is borne by the customer except where the goods being returned are faulty or has a manufacturing defect.
5. Prices and payments
   1. ALTA & CO TRADING LTD always strives to provide Products of high quality at low prices.Products are sold at the price set forth on the website at the time of placing your order. All prices stated on the site are in British Pounds andinclude, where applicable, Value Added Tax (VAT) butexclude shipping, insurance and/or invoice charges.
   2. If the applicable VAT rate changes, the prices will change to reflect the change in the tax charged. Please note that prices at ALTA & CO TRADING LTD may change without notice due to reasons beyond our control including for instance changed manufacturer prices, incorrectly priced goods, exchange rate fluctuations and/or change in VAT. We will always inform you on the total price including specification for delivery costs as well as other applicable charges. Where shipping or invoice or other charges apply, they will be clearly indicated in the product information. We reserve the right to change the prices in case of pricing or printing errors. In case of clearly incorrectly priced goods, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund without additional compensation.
   3. To ensure secure and safe buying experience, we use PayPal to process payments for purchases made on or through our Site. We also accept major credit cards. Your order will be processed when full payment has been received or confirmed by us. To process your payments we will need to collect credit card details.
   4. You warrant that you will pay for your purchases using lawful and legitimate means. ALTA & CO TRADING LTD reserves the right to cancel any order, if payment is not received or cannot be processed successfully.
   5. From time to time, we may offer some products at promotional prices. It is your responsibility to supply and provide the discount or promotional codes when purchasing otherwise you may be charged the full price. Except where specified otherwise, please note that ALTA & CO TRADING LTD does not accept refund requests for purchases made at promotional prices.
6. Guarantee
   1. Except where specified otherwise, we provide 6-month guarantee on all our products. This means that we will repair or exchange a defective product within 6months,if the product is not damaged as the result of Customer’s mishandling. Guarantee is valid for manufacturing defect which is a result of faulty production process, material defect or construction defect. Guarantee does not extend to damage resulting from wear and tear, faulty assembly, external impact or use of the product for purpose for which it is not intended.
7. Availability and Cancellation:
   1. We make our best efforts to make sure that Products are available on the web shop and to stock the web shop with such products. Nonetheless, you recognize that all Products offered for sale by us are subject to availability. While we make our best efforts to fulfil all purchase orders, you acknowledge that we may be unable to supply or deliver the goods ordered in which case we will notify you using the contact information you provided to us and give you the option to decide how to proceed. We may also at our sole discretion process any part of the order which is available. If goods are out of stock, we will refund you the full purchase price paid for such goods as soon as practicable and in any case within 30 days from the day of receiving the order.
   2. Where goods are out of stock, we may also at our discretion provide you with the option to choose from a full refund or a backorder. If you opt to cancel your order, we will refund you with the full purchase price and associated delivery costs. If you choose a backorder, you agree to wait until we have restocked the products and we will contact you to arrange delivery when the product becomes available.
   3. Please note that product images displayed on the web page are for informational and illustrative purposes only since such a single product may be available in many units. While the Customer may place an order of a Product displayed on the site, we do not warrant or guarantee to supply the actual product represented by the image displayed on the site. If such particular product has been sold, ALTA & CO TRADING LTD will provide the Customer with a product of similar quality, type, number, size, model and/or description as indicated to the Customer at the time of purchase.
8. Copyright Notice:
   1. The copyright in this Website and the Content on this Website including without limitation all ideas, text, graphics, logo, images, computer code, videos, information, brand names, digital products and/or services and other intellectual property which are displayed or asserted through this Website are exclusive property of ALTA & CO TRADING LTD.
9. Intellectual Property Rights:
   1. ALTA & CO TRADING LTD own all copyright, patent, trade mark rights, database right, registered design or other design right, brand name, service mark trade name and other intellectual property and related rights in this Website and related Content. You must not, nor try to, make mass, automated or systematic extractions of the website content, or use it to create or include it within another paper or electronic database, or try to re-sell it or re-distribute it. We reserve the right to prohibit or restrict the way in which other websites link to or frame or represent any of the website content. Except to the extent permitted by the law, you must not decompile reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise produce the code used in any software on this Website into a readable form in order to inspect the design or construction of such software. The contents of this website including without limitation text, graphics, images, logo, video, illustrations, layout, typeface and other material or content (hereafter collectively “Content”) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom as well as foreign laws. You must retain all copyright and all proprietary notices contained in the Content on any copy you make of the Content. You may not sell, modify, reproduce, display, distribute or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without prior written consent of ALTA & CO TRADING LTD.
11. User Content:

By posting on the website, you automatically grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish or display such communication whether individually or as part of other works in any form or media. ALTA and it suppliers make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the Content, Products and Services contained hereon.
    2. We shall make reasonable efforts to supply genuine and highest quality spare car parts. Please note, however, that, from time to time, car spare parts offered for sale on the site may not have been obtained directly from manufacturer but rather bought from reliable resellers at promotional prices. Accordingly, we do not warrant, imply or represent to be the authorized dealer or agent of the manufacturers whose brands or products are offered for sale on this site.
    3. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to extinguish statutory rights and guarantees which cannot be restricted or dispensed with by exclusion or liability limitation clauses in a contract. These include your liability for fraud, misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
    4. ALTA Sales Company will not be responsible for any subsequent costs due to the fault or incorrect capacity of the recommendation of compatibility for any part.

The Website and the Content are provided thereon are provide for informational purposes only and even though we take reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of information available thereon , the Content on our website is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. 14. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages:

In no event, shall ALTA & CO TRADING LTD, its suppliers, affiliates, partners, providers or any third parties mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoeverincluding, without limitation, incidental and consequentialdamages or lost profits or damages, resulting from lost data or business interruption Arising in connection of the use or inability to use this Website and the Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not ALTA & CO TRADING LTD is advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Indemnity:
    1. Subject to clause 12.2 above, we accept no responsibility to any business entity or individual undertaking work for another person for the use or installation of any products or goods by the said business entity or individual. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ALTA & CO TRADING LTD, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claims, actions or demands including legal expenses arising from or related to your use of the Content or our Products or breach of this terms and conditions, We shall provide you promptly with notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding and shall assist you, at your own expense in defending such claim, suit or proceeding.
16. Dispute Resolution:
    1. You agree to try to resolve any disputes quickly and efficiently. You agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising in connection with use of the Site shall first be resolved promptly and amicably by way of negotiations. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute or controversy on their own, they shall refer it to a mutually agreed-upon mediator. We may interrupt further supply or delivery, halt any good sin transit or terminate our contract with you by written notice to you if we have sufficient reasons to believe that you have breached or engaged in breaching your obligation(s) under these terms or if you fail to pay the full purchase price for ordered goods or if you are declared bankrupt or insolvent or if receivership proceedings are commenced or likely to be commenced against you. When we terminate your contract with us, all payments owed become immediately payable and we shall be relived of all obligations to supply goods or services to you.
18. General
    1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by relevant UK law and parties agree to only bring legal actions about these Terms in a UK court.
    2. Changes to these Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be in writing and notified to you by updating his page or where applicable via email.     6. Assignment of rights: Only You or ALTA & CO TRADING LTD has the right to enforce any provision under these Terms. You agree that you will not assign your rights or duties under this Terms and Conditions without our written approval.
    7. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable to you if we are unable to perform or are delayed in performing our obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances over which we have no control (such as cyberattacks, server outages, government action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, act of God or extremes of weather or nature but excluding default of our Company or contractors and provided that we take all practical and appropriate steps to minimize the impact of and to overcome those circumstances and (b) we give you immediate written notice of the circumstances and the steps we are taking to minimize the impact.
    8. Entire Agreement: We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these Terms, as amended in accordance with paragraph 1 above, and the documents referred to in it, as the entire understanding between us relating to your use of the website.
